We use the most effecient method of postage available to us for your particular item.
Tracking
Where the company we use has a tracking system in place we will inform of this number so you can track the progress of your parcel.
Some of the companies we use for mainland door-to-door courier services include DHL, TNT, AAE (Australian Air Express), Fastway Australia Post. Australian Mainland is defined as non offshore areas of Australian. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
We have also found that most couriers will not phone you to tell you the exact time your order will be delivered (even when asked) as it may vary from day to day. The delivery of your order should take 3-10 working days for orders to the Australian Mainland*.
1 - 3 Day Service: Melbourne, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Geelong, Bendigo and Wodonga
2 - 5 Day Service: Cairns, Townsville, Adelaide, Mackay, and ACT.
4 - 8 Day Service: Country NSW, Country VIC, Perth.
6 - 13 Day Service: Rest of Australia

Please allow up to 2 days processing time for some out of stock items, but most orders leave the same day or following morning. It is your responsibility to supply us with your correct shipping address. Freight drivers are only obliged to deliver to this address, and take no responsibility.
Free Freight
Items displaying our Free Freight icon will be delivered to your door for Free! If you don't see our Free Freight icon, then there will be a delivery charge. Free Freight will usually not be insured, as insurance is extra. If you wish to have insurance on your Free Freight or express post, please add comments about your order during the checkout procedure or contact us. Usually its only an extra $10-15 to insure a guitar to your door. * We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Free Postage
Items such as certain pedals and stomp boxes, accessories and effects may have free postage. This will go via Australia Post only. Courier/Insurance/Registered Post will cost extra.
Express Post
We can Express Post/Courier your items if necessary but additional charges may apply. All Colonial Leather Straps are Express Posted so you should receive either overnight or next day.
Orders generally leave at 2:30pm daily so if you need an item asap, make sure it is ordered by 1pm (please phone) to ensure that there is stock of the item and to get an estimated time of arrival.
PO Boxes
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes via Courier, so we suggest if you are not going to be at home, have your goods sent to your work. Someone needs to be present at your shipping address to sign for your goods.
International
We do not take international orders at this time, we only sell and ship around Australia. But you are welcome to contact us and we can work with you if you are an international customer.
Pickup
We do not charge for you to pick up in store. We are open 6 days for your convenience, but please give us a date and time of pick up so we can make sure your goods are ready. We are happy to hold orders just talk to us and let us know what is happening.
