Any adjustments required will be carried out without any charge. This gives you total confidence in your Guitar and in the fact that it will perform to its full potential in your hands.
At this free check-up, you should tell the sales staff if you require a change of string gauge in order for us to be able to set your instrument up to your specifications. We understand that it may not be convenient for you to return your instrument to the Store every time it requires a small adjustment.
Many Guitar players, even some very experienced ones are not sure of the correct way to maintain their instruments in optimum playing condition. As we have pointed out, temperature variations, prolonged hard playing & even transporting the instrument between home, rehearsal or venues can all affect its playability.
